We select our monitors based on their professional experience and accomplishments. We know that expertise in working with children and families and the ability to observe and objectively document parent/child interactions, are critical in being able to provide excellent services.

Their academic backgrounds are in fields such as Social Work, Psychology and Education. All monitors receive ongoing training and supervision with senior staff.
